THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA TO: STEVEN WILLHOITE SPOUSE IF ANY OF STEVEN WILLHOITE
TAKE NOTICE that you have been sued by Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., and that you must answer the Petition of said Plaintiff on file in said cause on or before the 5th day of July, 2013, or the allegations of said Petition will be taken as true and judgment rendered against you, awarding the Plaintiff a first mortgage lien upon the following described real estate situated in Rogers County, Oklahoma, to-wit:
Lot 3 in Block 2 of the WESTGATE MANOR ADDITION to the City of Claremore, Oklahoma, according to the Recorded Plat thereof; Rogers County
for the sum of $68,256.23, with 6.625% interest per annum thereon, or as adjusted by the Note and Mortgage, from the 1st day of December, 2011, until paid; said abstract and title expense; mortgage insurance premium in the sum of $84.75, accrued late charges to date in the sum of $118.72, miscellaneous fees and costs to date in the sum of $15.00, corporate advance in the sum of $15.00, escrow advances if any; the further sum of a reasonable attorney's fee, and the costs of said suit and foreclosing your interest in the property and ordering said property sold with or without appraisement as Plaintiff may elect, all of which you will take due notice.
