NOTICE OF SHERIFF’S SALE
Notice is given that on the 27 day of June, 2013, at 10:00 am, in the Court Room at the Sheriff’s office at 201 S. Cherokee, in the City of Claremore, Rogers County, Oklahoma, the Sheriff of said County will offer for sale and sell, with appraisement, for cash, at public auction, to the highest and best bidder, all that certain real estate in Rogers County, Oklahoma, to-wit:
Lot Six (6), BIG TIMBER, A SUBDIVISION of the North half of the Southwest quarter of the Northwest quarter (N/2 SW/4 NW/4) of Section Three (3), Township Twenty-one (21) North, Range Seventeen (17) East, Rogers County, State of Oklahoma, according to the recorded plat thereof;
Together with all improvements constructed upon, affixed or located upon the above described real property, including, without limitation, any residential dwelling located thereon, which dwelling is, or may be, a manufactured home more particularly described as 2004 Palm Harbor Homes, Model WSP47613, 28 X 76, Serial No. PH222222A/B, VIN No. PH2210493AB which manufactured home shall be conclusively deemed to be real estate.
