Notice is hereby given that on the 25 day of June, 2013, at 10:00 o’clock, A.M., Courtroom of the Sheriff’s Office at 201 S. Cherokee in Claremore, Oklahoma, the undersigned Sheriff will offer for alias sale and sell for cash to the highest and best bidder, subject to a second mortgage to JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., recorded on January 22, 2008, in Book 1928 at Page 194, in the amount of $45,250.00, real estate ad valorem taxes, superior special assessments and all interest of record, if any, except the Mortgage and interests foreclosed herein on the following described real property, to-wit:
Lots Sixteen (16) and Seventeen (17), KY LAKE ESTATES, a Subdivision in the Northeast Quarter (NE/4) of the Northeast Quarter (NE/4) of Section 25, Township 21 North, Range 15 East of the I.B.&M., Rogers County, State of Oklahoma, according to the recorded Amended Plat thereof, commonly known as 23002 S. 4130 Road, Claremore, OK 74019 (the “Property”)
Alias sale will be made pursuant to a Special Execution and Order of Alias Sale issued out of the office of the Court Clerk in and for Rogers County, Oklahoma, and pursuant to said judgment reserving the right of Plaintiff to recall said execution by oral announcement and/or order of the Court, prior to the alias sale, said judgment entered in the District Court in and for said County, State of Oklahoma, in Case No. CJ 2011-367, entitled JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., Plaintiff, vs. Thomas D.
