The Board of Education for Justus-Tiawah Public Schools invites you to bid on the following mobile home:

All sealed bids must be returned to the office of the Superintendent of Schools, no later than 4:00 P.M. on Monday, May 12, 2014, at the following address:

RE: Mobile Home Bid
• Buyer must move mobile home at their own expense.
• Mobile Home is, as is, there are no Warrantees.
• Mobile Home must be moved off of school property within 60 days of Board Approving the Bid.
• All bids must be sealed in an envelope and labeled: Mobile Home Bid, and must be received before 4:00 PM on Monday, May 12, 2014.
• Name, Address, and Phone number, of the person bidding must be included in the bid.
• Buyer must bring cashiers check with correct amount within 15 days of notice of receiving the bid.
• Mobile Home may not be moved until full payment is received.
• The Justus-Tiawah Board of Education reserves the right to reject all bids.
