STATE OF OKLAHOMA TO: The heirs, executors, administrators, devisees, trustees and assigns of JULIA K. ALLAN, deceased; and, the unknown successors of JULIA K. ALLAN, deceased.

TAKE NOTICE that the Plaintiffs, DANIEL JAMES and LINDA JAMES, husband and wife, have filed their Petition to determine the death and heirship of JULIA K. ALLAN, deceased, as such pertains to:

The North 25 feet of the West 22.78 acres of Lot 4 of Section 31, Township 22 North, Range 15 East of the I.B.&M., Rogers County, Oklahoma, according to the U.S. Government Survey thereof.

and to reform Deed and to quiet the title of the above property in DANIEL JAMES and LINDA JAMES, husband and wife.

You and each of you and all other persons interested in:

The North 25 feet of the West 22.78 acres of Lot 4 of Section 31, Township 22 North, Range 15 East of the I.B.&M., Rogers County, Oklahoma, according to the U.S. Government Survey thereof.

TAKE NOTICE THAT you must answer the Petition of the Plaintiffs on file in this case on or before the 27th day of May, 2014, or the allegations of the Petition will be taken as true and judgment rendered against you;

Determining the death and heirship of JULIA K. ALLAN, deceased,

Reforming a Deed and,

Quieting the title of the above described real property and premises in and to DANIEL JAMES and LINDA JAMES, husband and wife, and against you and each of you; and,

Decreeing that none of the Defendants to this action have any right, title or interest in or with respect to said property or any part thereof and perpetually barring, restraining and enjoining said Defendants and all other persons claiming by or through them, or any one of them, from ever making or asserting or attempting to make or assert any claim of right, title or interest in or to said property or any part thereof.

You are referred to the Petition filed herein for further particulars.
