NOTICE OF SHERIFF’S SALE

CJ-2012-69

Notice is given that on the 29 day of November, 2012, at 10:00 am, in the Court Room at the Sheriff’s office at 201 S. Cherokee, in the City of Claremore, Rogers County, Oklahoma, the Sheriff of said County will offer for sale and sell, with appraisement, for cash, at public auction, to the highest and best bidder, all that certain real estate in Rogers County, Oklahoma, to-wit:

The West 132.2 feet of the E/2 of N/2 of N/2 of Lot 1 in Section 30, Township 22 North, Range 16 East of the I.B.&M., Rogers County, State of Oklahoma, according to the U. S. Government Survey thereof;

subject to unpaid taxes, advancements by Plaintiff for taxes, insurance premiums, and expenses necessary for the preservation of the subject property, if any, said property having been duly appraised at $180,000.00.  Sale will be made pursuant to a Special Execution And Order Of Sale issued in accordance with judgment entered in the District Court of Rogers County, Oklahoma, in Case No. CJ-2012-69, entitled JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., Plaintiff vs. Wesley C. Matlock, Kari H. Matlock, John Doe, Jane Doe, Capital One Bank (USA), N.A., Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for Harry Mortgage Co., its successors and assigns, Jacob Doe, being all of the Defendants and persons holding or claiming any interest or lien in the subject property.
