NOTICE OF SHERIFF’S SALE

NOTICE IS GIVEN to Terry Gene Caviness; Spouse, if any of Terry Gene Caviness; John Doe, Occupant that on August 15, 2013, at 10:00, a.m., in the Courtroom located at the Sheriff’s Office at 201 S. Cherokee of the County Courthouse in Claremore, Rogers County, Oklahoma, the Sheriff of said County will offer for sale and sell for cash at public auction to the highest and best bidder, with appraisement, all that certain real estate in Rogers County, Oklahoma, to wit:

LOT 6, BLOCK 13, OF CEDAR BLUFF II, A SUBDIVISION IN SECTION 1, TOWNSHIP 21 NORTH, RANGE 14 EAST OF THE I.B.&M., ROGERS COUNTY, OKLAHOMA, ACCORDING TO THE RECORDED PLAT THEREOF.

PROPERTY ADDRESS: 11883 Fieldstone Drive, Collinsville, OK 74021

subject to taxes and tax sales, said property being duly appraised at $140,000.00

Sale will be made pursuant to an Order of Sale issued upon a judgment entered in the District Court of Rogers County, Oklahoma, in Case No. CJ-2012-709, wherein United Shore Financial Services, LLC is Plaintiff and Terry Gene Caviness is/are Defendant(s) to satisfy said judgment in the sum of $135,035.77 together with interest at 5.375% per annum from May 1, 2012, including late charges, $1,800.00 for attorneys fee, $615.00 advances for title search, taxes, insurance, property preservation and all costs of this action accrued and accruing.
