IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATES OF EVA RUTH ROBINSON, Deceased, and ELVIS LAVERN ROBINSON, Deceased.

AMENDED COMBINED NOTICE OF PETITION, NOTICE TO CREDITORS, AND NOTICE OF HEARING ON SUMMARY PROBATE, FINAL ACCOUNTING, DETERMINATION OF HEIRSHIP, DISTRIBUTION AND DISCHARGE

All creditors having claims against Eva Ruth Robinson of Collinsville, Rogers County, Oklahoma, with a date of death of February 21, 2013, and Elvis LaVern Robinson of Collinsville, Rogers County, Oklahoma, with a date of death of March 18, 2013, are required to present same, with a description of all security interest and other collateral, if any, held by each creditor with respect to such claim, to the Petitioner/Special Administrator, Cheryl Ann Cranford, c/o Drummond Law, PLLC, 100 West Main Street, Suite 400, Pawhuska, Oklahoma 74056, on or before the following presentment date: August 1, 2013, or the same will be forever barred.  The Final Account and Petition for Distribution will be filed herein on or before August 9, 2013.

All persons receiving this Notice must file objections to the Petition at least ten (10) days before the hearing and send a copy to the Petitioner or that person will be deemed to have waived any objections to the Petition.  If an Objection is filed at least ten (10) days before the hearing the court will determine at the hearing whether summary proceedings are appropriate and, if so, whether the estates will be distributed and to whom the estates will be distributed.

The probable value of the Estate of Decedent, Eva Ruth Robinson, is less than $175,000.00, and consists of real and personal property.  The probable value of the Estate of Decedent, Elvis LaVern Robinson, is less than $175,000.00, and consists of real and personal property.

Further, all persons interested in said estates are hereby notified that on September 3, 2013, at 9:00 A.M., in the Courthouse in the City of Claremore, District Court of Rogers County, Oklahoma, a hearing on Final Accounting, Determination of Heirship, Distribution of the Estates, and Discharge of the Special Administrator, will be heard and ordered and all persons interested in said estates are notified then and there to appear and show cause, if any they have, why the same should not be done.
