PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that pursuant to the Special Writ of Execution and Order of Sale with Appraisement the Sheriff of Rogers County will sell the real property described below to satisfy a judgment in the above-entitled action.

The N/2 of NW/4 of SW/4 of SW/4 lying West of Highway Right of Way as described in Book 910 at page 465, of Section 15, Township 22 North, Range 14 East of the I.B.&M., Rogers County, Oklahoma AND a tract of land more fully described as follows:  A strip, piece or parcel of land lying in part of the S2 N2 SW/4 SW/4 of Section 15, Township 22 North, Range 14 East of the I.B.&M., Rogers County, Oklahoma, said parcel of land being described by metes and bounds as follows: Beginning at the NW corner of said S2 N2 SW/4 SW/4, thence East along the North line of said S2 N2 SW/4 SW/4 a distance of 224.71 feet, thence S 37E 30’ 03” W a distance of 357.59 feet to a point on the West line of said S2 N2 SW/4 SW/4, thence North along said West Line a distance of 280.25 feet to the Point of Beginning.
