PAUL J. TUCKER A/K/A PAUL JOSEPH TUCKER; JENNIFER L. TUCKER A/K/A JENNIFER LYNN TUCKER, IF LIVING, AND IF DECEASED, THEIR HEIRS, PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVES, DEVISEES, TRUSTEES, SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS AND THE UNKNOWN

GREETINGS:

You are hereby notified that you have been sued by Plaintiff in the above cause in the District Court of Rogers County, Oklahoma, entitled Bank of America, N.A., Plaintiff v. Paul J. Tucker a/k/a Paul Joseph Tucker and Jennifer L. Tucker a/k/a Jennifer Lynn Tucker, et al., Defendants, and that you must answer the Petition of said Plaintiff on or before the 18th day of June, 2013, or the allegations of said Petition will be taken as true and a judgment will be entered for the sums due under the Note and Mortgage which are the subject of said suit in the amount of $90,883.04 with interest, attorney fees and all costs and a Decree ordering foreclosure of said Mortgage, barring our interest in the following described real property:

Lot Two (2) in Block Four (4) of WILL ROGERS HEIGHTS THIRD ADDITION, a Subdivision of a part of the West Half (W/2) of Section Five (5), Township Twenty-one (21) North, Range Sixteen (16) East of the I.B. &M., Rogers County, State of Oklahoma, according to the recorded Plat thereof, commonly known as 1517 Valley View Dr., Claremore, OK 74017 (the “Property”)
