The N/2 of NW/4 of SW/4 of SW/4 lying West of Highway Right of Way as described in Book 910 at page 465, of Section 15, Township 22 North, Range 14 East of the I.B.&M., Rogers County, Oklahoma AND a tract of land more fully described as follows: A strip, piece or parcel of land lying in part of the S2 N2 SW/4 SW/4 of Section 15, Township 22 North, Range 14 East of the I.B.&M., Rogers County, Oklahoma, said parcel of land being described by metes and bounds as follows: Beginning at the NW corner of said S2 N2 SW/4 SW/4, thence East along the North line of said S2 N2 SW/4 SW/4 a distance of 224.71 feet, thence S 37˚30' 03" W a distance of 357.59 feet to a point on the West line of said S2 N2 SW/4 SW/4, thence North along said West Line a distance of 280.25 feet to the Point of Beginning.
