PUBLISHED IN THE CLAREMORE DAILY PROGRESS, CLAREMORE, OKLAHOMA, FEBRUARY 14 & 21, 2014.

Notice to Bidders

Notice is hereby given that the Rogers County Public Facilities Authority will receive sealed bids in the office of Heritage Hills Golf Shop at 3140 Tee Drive, Claremore Oklahoma, until 5:00 p.m. on the 24th day of February 2014, for the purchase of the following items:

1 Turf Aerifier

Bids shall be made in accordance with the Notice to Bidders, specifications are on file and available for examination at Heritage Hills Golf Shop and are made a part of this notice as though fully set forth herein.  A copy of which may be obtained from the office of Heritage Hills Golf Shop at 3140 Tee Drive, Claremore, Oklahoma. Bids filed with the Heritage Hills Golf Shop shall be publicly opened at the time stated and considered by the Trustees of the Rogers County Public Facilities Authority in the following regular meeting.  All bids shall remain on file at least forty-eight (48) hours thereafter before a contract shall be made and entered into thereon.

All actions of bidders must be in compliance with the provisions of state, local, and federal regulations.

Bids received more than 96 hours, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays, before the time set for opening of bids, as well as bids received after the time set for opening of bids, will not be considered and will be returned unopened.

The Rogers County Public Facilities Authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
