NOTICE TO CREDITORS AND NOTICE OF HEARING ON SUMMARY ADMINISTRATION, FINAL ACCOUNTING, DETERMINATION OF HEIRSHIP, DISTRIBUTION AND DISCHARGE

All persons having claims against GENE A. TAYLOR, date of death of May 15, 2013, who had an address of 24712 S. Heartwood Dr., Claremore, OK 74019 and left an estate which does not in all probability exceed the value of $169,750.00, are required to present the same with the necessary vouchers to WILLIAM R. HIGGINS, Resident Agent for PHIL TAYLOR, Personal Representative, (whose address is 150 Shady Grove CH Rd., Mt. Ulla, NC 28125) at the law offices of Higgins Law, P.C., P.O. Box 1267, Claremore, Oklahoma 74018, on or before the following presentment date: July 5, 2013, or the same will be forever barred.

That any person receiving this Notice must file objections to the petition at least ten (10) days before the hearing and send a copy to the Petitioner or the Petitioner’s attorney or else that person will be deemed to have waived any objections to the petition.

That any person filing at least ten (10) days before the hearing, a determination will be made by the Court at the hearing whether the will attached to the petition if any, shall be admitted to probate, whether summary proceedings are appropriate and, if so, whether the estate will be distributed and to whom the estate will be distributed.

The claim of any creditor not shown in the petition will be barred unless the claim is presented to the personal representative on or before a date certain at least thirty (30) days following the filing of this Notice.

All persons interested in the estate of GENE A. TAYLOR, deceased, are hereby directed to appear in the Courtroom of the District Court of Rogers County, State of Oklahoma, on the 12th day of August, 2013, at 9:00 o’clock A.M., to show cause, if any they have, why a final accounting should not be approved and final orders made determining heirship, decreeing distribution, discharge of the Personal Representative and closing said estate.  The final accounting and a petition for distribution will be filed in this matter on or before the 10th day of July, 2013.
