NOTICE OF SALE OF REAL AND PERSONAL PROPERTY

Notice is hereby given that, in pursuance of an Order of the District Court of the County of Rogers, State of Oklahoma, made on August 26, 2013, in the Matter of the Guardianship of James Franklin York, an incapacitated person, the undersigned, as Guardian will sell at public auction, to the highest bidder, subject to confirmation by said Court, on April 26, 2014, at 2 o’clock p.m. at 10221 S. 4090 Road, Oologah, Oklahoma, all of the right, title, interest and estate of the James Franklin York in the following described real property and the personal property located thereon for cash:

W/2 NW, N/2 SW and SE NW of Section 21, Township 23 North, Range 15 East of the I.B.&M, Rogers County, Oklahoma, according to the United States Government Survey thereof, less a tract of land in the NW of Section 21-23N-15E, Rogers County, Oklahoma, being more particularly described as follows, to-wit:  Beginning at a point on the West line of said NW, said point being 1352.70 feet South of the NW corner of Section 21, thence South along said West line a distance of 323.95 feet, thence easterly a distance of 216.90 feet, thence northerly a distance of 324.34 feet, thence westerly a distance of 218.45 feet to the point of beginning and containing 1.61 acres, more or less (“Real Property”).
