NOTICE BY PUBLICATION
Misty D. Douglas, Larry O. Douglas and Unknown Tenant, if any, of 1901 N. Chambers Terrace, Claremore, Oklahoma 74017, if living, and if deceased, their Unknown Heirs, Successors and Assigns.
The above stated Defendants will take notice that the Plaintiff, Weststar Mortgage Corporation, filed its Petition in the District Court in and for Rogers County, State of Oklahoma, against the above stated Defendants, and said Defendants must answer said Petition on or before the 5th day of June, 2014, or said Petition will be taken as true, and a judgment will be rendered in said action against the above named Defendants, foreclosing their interest in the following described real estate, to wit:
LOT 23 IN BLOCK 4 OF CHAMBERS TERRACE SECOND, AN ADDITION TO THE CITY OF CLAREMORE, ROGERS COUNTY, OKLAHOMA, ACCORDING TO THE RECORDED PLAT THEREOF.
and a judgment will be rendered on the promissory note against the Defendant, Misty D. Douglas, adjudging that default has been made in said note and mortgage; and that Plaintiff has a valid, prior and superior mortgage lien on said real estate in the total amount of $128,816.78, with applicable interest, attorney’s fees and costs, for all of which judgment will be taken.
