NOTICE OF SHERIFF’S SALE
Notice is given that on the 29 day of May, 2014, at 10:00 am, in the Main Lobby at the Sheriff’s office at 201 S. Cherokee, in the City of Claremore, Rogers County, Oklahoma, the Sheriff of said County will offer for sale and sell, with appraisement, for cash, at public auction, to the highest and best bidder, all that certain real estate in Rogers County, Oklahoma, to-wit:
Lot Fourteen (14) in Block Two (2) of MEADOWRANCH II AMENDED, a Subdivision containing a part of Government Lot 2 and all of Government Lot 3 and a part of the N/2 SW/4 NE/4 and all of the N/2 SE/4 NW/4 of Section 2 Township 20 North, Range 16 East of the Indian Base and Meridian, Rogers County, Oklahoma, according to the recorded plat thereof;
subject to unpaid taxes, advancements by Plaintiff for taxes, insurance premiums, and expenses necessary for the preservation of the subject property, if any, said property having been duly appraised at $118,000.00. Sale will be made pursuant to an Alias Special Execution And Order Of Sale issued in accordance with judgment entered in the District Court of Rogers County, Oklahoma, in Case No. CJ-2013-393, entitled Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee, Plaintiff, vs. Kevin L. Rowley Jr., Sarah Rowley, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for Decision One Mortgage Company, L.L.C., its successors and assigns, GE Money Bank and State of Oklahoma ex rel., Oklahoma Tax Commission, being all of the Defendants and persons holding or claiming any interest or lien in the subject property.
