NOTICE IS GIVEN to Robert Hunt; Jodie Hunt; John Doe, Occupant; Citicorp Trust Bank, FSB; Preston Lakes Association that on February 21, 2013, at 10:00, a.m., in the Courtroom located at the Sheriff’s Office at 201 S. Cherokee of the County Courthouse in Claremore, Rogers County, Oklahoma, the Sheriff of said County will offer for sale and sell for cash at public auction to the highest and best bidder, with appraisement, all that certain real estate in Rogers County, Oklahoma, to wit:
LOT TEN (10) IN BLOCK EIGHT (8) OF PRESTON LAKES, AN ADDITION TO THE CITY OF OWASSO, ROGERS COUNTY, OKLAHOMA, ACCORDING TO THE RECORDED PLAT THEREOF.

subject to taxes and tax sales, said property being duly appraised at $160,000.00
Sale will be made pursuant to an Order of Sale issued upon a judgment entered in the District Court of Rogers County, Oklahoma, in Case No. CJ-2012-38, wherein Bank of America, N.A., successor by merger to BAC Home Loans Servicing, LP FKA Countrywide Home Loans Servicing, LP is Plaintiff and Robert Hunt and Jodie Hunt is/are Defendants to satisfy said judgment in the sum of $136,233.82 together with interest at 6.875% per annum from June 1, 2011, including late charges, $1,800.00 for attorney’s fee, $225.00 advances for title search, taxes, insurance, property preservation and all costs of this action accrued and accruing.
