NOTICE OF HEARING CONFIRMATION OF SHERIFF’S SALE

Case No. CJ-2011-779

To: Mark A. Kallam, a single person; Jane Doe, New Spouse of Mark A. Kallam (if any); Kristen R. Kallam, a single person; John Doe, New Spouse of Kristen R. Kallam (if any); John Doe, Tenant; State of Oklahoma, ex rel, Oklahoma Tax Commission.

Notice is hereby given to the above named individual(s) who are claiming an interest in the below described property, that Plaintiff, BOKF, N.A., Formerly Bank of Oklahoma, N.A. d/b/a Bank of Oklahoma, in the above styled case filed in the District Court of Rogers County, Oklahoma, its Motion to Confirm the Sheriff’s Sale held the 19th day of January, 2013 concerning the following described real property situated in Rogers County, Oklahoma, to-wit:

Lot 3 in Block 1 of ORCHARD HILL ESTATES SECOND, a Subdivision in Section 36, Township 21 North, Range 15 East of the I.B.&M., Rogers County, Oklahoma, according to the recorded plat thereof.,

The Motion will be heard before Judge Dynda Post, on the 13 day of March, 2013 at 9:30 A.m., at the Rogers County Courthouse building in Claremore, Oklahoma.
