THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA, TO: Delainya Hammond and Spouse, if any of Delainya Hammond, if living or if dead, the names or whereabouts of said Defendant(s)’ unknown successors, if any.
TAKE NOTICE that you have been sued by U.S. Bank National Association, not in its individual capacity, but solely as Trustee on behalf of the One William Street REMIC Trust 2012-1, in the District Court of Rogers County, State of Oklahoma, and that you must answer the Petition on or before June 13, 2013, or the allegations of said Petition will be taken as true and judgment rendered against you awarding Plaintiff a first lien upon the following described real estate, situated in Rogers County, State of Oklahoma, to-wit:
LOT 8 OF HICKORY CREEK, A SUBDIVISION IN SECTION 12, TOWNSHIP 22 NORTH, RANGE 14 EAST OF THE I.B.&M., ROGERS COUNTY, OKLAHOMA, ACCORDING TO THE RECORDED PLAT THEREOF.
That there is attached to the real property a certain mobile/manufactured home, to wit: a 2010 (Year), LEGACY CLASSIC (MAKE), LH10TX5027AB (VIN/Serial number).
PROPERTY ADDRESS: 3350 E. Deer Trail, Oologah, OK 74053
For the sum of $91,792.17, with interest from May 1, 2011, at 6 percent per annum, together with a reasonable attorney’s fee, $490.00 for abstracting, advances for taxes, insurance and property preservation, and the costs of this action, and ordering said property sold to satisfy said judgment, and forever barring you and all persons claiming by, through or under you from ever setting up or asserting any right, title, equity or interest in and to said real estate adverse to the right and title of the purchaser at said foreclosure sale, and for such other and further relief to which it may be entitled.
