THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA, TO:

THE KNOWN AND UNKNOWN HEIRS, SUCCESSORS, PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVES, ADMINISTRATORS, TRUSTEES, DEVISEES, AND ASSIGNS OF DELIA F. MURPHEY, a/k/a DELIA F. MURPHY, DECEASED.

(hereinafter collectively referred to as “Defendants”).

YOU AND EACH OF YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that Plaintiffs ORA LEE KINDLE, GLENDA M. KINDLE, AND BILL CLARK, CO-TRUSTEES OF THE ORA LEE KINDLE AND GLENDA M. KINDLE REVOCABLE TRUST DATED MARCH 31, 2003, have filed in the District Court of Rogers County, Oklahoma, their Petition to Quiet Title and Determine Heirs against the above-named Defendants alleging that they, as Co-Trustees, through The Ora Kindle and Glenda M. Kindle Revocable Trust Dated March 31, 2003, are the owners of the following-described real property situated in Rogers County, Oklahoma, to-wit:

The South Half (S/2) of the Northwest Quarter (NW/4) of the Southeast Quarter (SE/4) of Section 17, Township 23 North, Range 15 East of the I.B.&M., Rogers County, Oklahoma, according to the U.S. Government Survey thereof.

That the above-named Defendants and each of them named herein, may claim some right, title, lien, estate, encumbrance, claim, assessment or interest in and to said real property involved herein adverse to that of Plaintiffs, which constitutes a cloud upon the title of said Plaintiffs, and that the Defendants, and each of them, have no such right, title, lien, estate, encumbrance, claim, assessment or interest, either in law or in equity, in and to said property, as is set forth in the Petition filed herein, reference is made thereto.

That the Defendants must answer the Petition filed by the Plaintiff on or before the 1st day of July, 2013, or said Petition will be taken as true and a judgment and Decree quieting Plaintiffs’ title to the above-described property and forever barring the above-named Defendants from any right, title or interest in the above-describe property will be entered.
