NOTICE IS GIVEN to Ann M. Kelley; Mark E. Kelley; John Doe, Occupant; Accredited Home Lenders, Inc., successor by merger to Aames Funding Corporation d/b/a Aames Home Loan; Claremore Regional Hospital, LLC that on July 11, 2013, at 10:00 o’clock, a.m., in the Court Room located at the Sheriff’s Office at 201 S. Cherokee in Claremore, Rogers County, Oklahoma, the Sheriff of said County will offer for sale and sell for cash at public auction to the highest and best bidder, with appraisement, all that certain real estate in Rogers County, Oklahoma, to wit:

subject to taxes and tax sales, said property being duly appraised at $168,000.00.
Sale will be made pursuant to an Order of Sale issued upon a judgment entered in the District Court of Rogers County, Oklahoma, in Case No. CJ-2011-291, wherein US Bank National Association, as Trustee for Credit Suisse First Boston Mortgage Securities Corp., Home Equity Asset Trust 2005-2, Home Equity Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2005-2 is Plaintiff and Ann M. Kelley is/are Defendant(s) to satisfy said judgment in the sum of $130,983.32 together with interest at 4.5% per annum from December 1, 2010, including late charges, $1,800.00 for attorney’s fee, $490.00 advances for title search, taxes, insurance, property preservation and all costs of this action accrued and accruing.
