NOTICE OF SALE OF LAND UNDER EXECUTION
THIS IS AN ATTEMPT TO COLLECT A DEBT AND ANY INFORMATION OBTAINED WILL BE USED FOR THAT PURPOSE.
Notice is hereby given that on the 27th day of August, 2013, at 10:00 o’clock, a.m., located at 201 S. Cherokee Avenue, Claremore, Oklahoma, the undersigned Sheriff will offer for sale and sell for cash to the highest and best bidder, subject to real estate ad valorem taxes and superior special assessments, if any, the following described real property, to-wit:
Two tracts of land located in the SW/4 of the NE/4 of Section 30, Township 20 North, Range 15 East of the I.B. &M., Beginning at a point 60 feet South of the SE/4 of the SW/4 of NE/4 of Section 30; thence East 100 feet; thence South 200 feet; thence 100 feet West; thence North 200 feet to Place of Beginning; also described as the North 200 feet of the South 600 feet of the West 100 feet of the W/2 of SE/4 of SW/4 of NE/4 AND a tract commencing at the Northwest corner of the SE/4 of the SW/4 of NE/4 of Section 30; thence S0˚09’21” E along the West line thereof a distance of 60.00 feet; thence S89˚48’24” E a distance of 100.00 feet to the Point of Beginning; thence continuing S89˚48’24” E a distance of 19.40 feet; thence S1˚52’28” W a distance of 200.00 feet; thence N89˚48’24” W a distance of 13.40 feet; thence N0˚09’21” E a distance of 200.00 feet to the Point of Beginning,
Said sale will be made pursuant to a Special Execution and Order of Sale issued out of the office of the Court Clerk in and for Rogers County, Oklahoma, and pursuant to judgment entered in the District Court in and for said County, State of Oklahoma, in Case No. CJ-2013-165, entitled RCB Bank, Plaintiff, vs. Buck D. Reynolds, et. al., Defendants, to satisfy:
FIRST: The costs of said action accrued and accruing; and
SECOND: To the payment of the amount of delinquent ad valorem taxes, if any, plus any accumulated interest, fees and costs due to the treasurer of Rogers County, State of Oklahoma
THIRD: The judgment and first lien of the Plaintiff, in the sum of $21,072.03, plus interest thereon as of February 27, 2013 in the amount of $58.53, plus accrued and accruing interest thereon at the per diem rate of $3.65833 from February 27, 2013 until paid; costs in the amount of $308.71 plus $1,700.00 as a reasonable attorney’s fee and for the accruing costs of the action, as more fully set forth in the Partial Summary Judgment.
Persons or other entities having interest in the property, including those whose actual addresses are unknown and persons or other entities who have or may have unknown successors and such unknown successors are hereby notified are:
The property has been duly appraised in the sum of $3,000.00.
