NOTICE FOR APPLICATION FOR TAX DEED

STATE OF OKLAHOMA

COUNTY OF ROGERS

To: John P. Fisher, and if dead, their unknown heirs, devises, executors, administrators, trustees, assigns and grantees, and all owners, tenants and persons owning or claiming any right, title or interest of any nature of kind in and to the real estate herein described, AS OWNERS, and to TENANTS AND POSTED IF VACANT the person in possession of the hereafter described real estate.  You and each of you are hereby notified that the undersigned Larry G. Wilson is the owner and holder of a Tax Certificate numbered   270336 issued by the Treasurer of Rogers County, State of Oklahoma, on and covering the following described real estate lands and tenements situated, lying and being in said County, and State, to-wit

N/2 SE/4 SW/4 NE/4 and NW/4 SW/4 SE/4 NE/4 Less South 35’ Road and Less NE/4 SE/4 SW/4 NE/4 of Sec. 28 T24N R18E, Rogers County, Oklahoma

You and each of you are hereby notified that the above described land was, on the  3rd  day of October, 2007, after complete and legal notice had been given as provided by law, sold by the County Treasurer of Rogers County for the taxes legally due thereon for the year 2006, which said taxes were not paid and the said tract of land was bid in by Larry G. Wilson, the legal holder and owner of the certificate of Tax Sale.

Now therefore, unless redemption is made from said sale by you or your authorized agent or attorney on or before sixty days from service hereof, the undersigned will demand of the County Treasurer of Rogers County, Oklahoma that a deed be issued to him for the above real estate as provided by law.
