NOTICE IS GIVEN to Jon C. Sharpnack; Laura K. Sharpnack; John Doe, Occupant that on August 9, 2012, at 10:00 o’clock, a.m., in the Court Room located at the Sheriff’s Office at 201 S. Cherokee of the County Courthouse in Claremore, Rogers County, Oklahoma, the Sheriff of said County will offer for sale and sell for cash at public auction to the highest and best bidder, with appraisement, all that certain real estate in Rogers County, Oklahoma, to wit:

Sale will be made pursuant to an Order of Sale issued upon a judgment entered in the District Court of Rogers County, Oklahoma, in Case No. CJ-2011-814, wherein US Bank National Association, as Trustee, successor in interest to Wachovia Bank, National Association, as Trustee for GSMPS Mortgage Loan Trust 2004-4 is Plaintiff and Jon C. Sharpnack and Laura K. Sharpnack is/are Defendant(s) to satisfy said judgment in the sum of $94,015.31 together with interest at 7.25% per annum from February 1, 2011, including late charges, $1,800.00 for attorney’s fee, $690.00 advances for title search, taxes, insurance, property preservation
and all costs of this action accrued and accruing.
