STATE OF OKLAHOMA: TO: The known and unknown heirs, executors, administrators, devisees, trustees, and assigns and successors, immediate and remote, of NANCY EARBOB, FULL BLOOD CHEROKEE INDIAN, ROLL NO. 15980, deceased, DAKEY EARBOB, A/K/A DAKIE EARBOB, FULL BLOOD CHEROKEE INDIAN, ROLL NO. 15976, deceased, GEORGE EARBOB, FULL BLOOD CHEROKEE INDIAN, ROLL NO. 17497, deceased, AND PEGGY TEHEE, FULL BLOOD CHEROKEE INDIAN, ROLL NO. 15977, deceased.

You are hereby notified that an action has been filed in the District Court of Rogers County, State of Oklahoma, Case No. CV-2013-41, styled “Thundering Hills Ranch, Inc., et al, plaintiffs, v. the known and unknown heirs, executors, administrators, devisees, trustees, and assigns and successors, of NANCY EARBOB, deceased full-blood Cherokee Indian, Roll No. 15980, DAKEY EARBOB, a/k/a DAKIE EARBOB, deceased, full-blood, Cherokee Indian Roll No. 15976, GEORGE EARBOB, deceased, full-blood Cherokee Indian Roll No. 17497, and PEGGY TEHEE, deceased full-blood Cherokee Indian Roll No 15977, defendants.” The action alleges that defendants claim some right, title or interest in and to the real property described as:

The SW/4 of SW/4 and the S/2 of the SE/4 of SW/4 of Section 27 and the N/2 of the NE/4 of the NE/4 of the NE/4 of Section 34, all in Township 20 North, Range 17 East of the I.B.&M., Rogers County, Oklahoma, according to the U.S. Government Survey thereof.

And

A tract of land in the SW/4 of Section 34, Township 20 North, Range 17 East in Rogers County, Oklahoma, more particularly described as follows: Commencing at the SE corner of the SW/4 of Section 34; thence S 89˚55’51” W along the South line of said Section 34, 1322.59 feet; thence N 0˚06’29” E, 50.00 feet to the Point of Beginning; thence N 89˚55’51” E 630.0 feet; thence N 0˚14’31” W 808.93 feet; thence N 89˚55’51” E, 526.21 feet; thence N 0˚14’31” W, 461.07 feet; thence S 89˚55’51” W, 358.70 feet; thence N 0˚14’31’W, 750.48 feet; thence Northwesterly along a curve to the right with a radius of 7356.97 feet a distance of 151.05 feet and a central angle of 1˚29’53.3”; thence N 79˚41’27” W, 104.51 feet; thence Northwesterly along a curve to the right with a radius of 7338.97 feet; a distance of 533.55 feet and a central angle of 4˚09’55.6”; thence S 0˚06’29” W 2101.68 feet to the Point of Beginning (the “Property”).

You are hereby notified that you have been sued in this action and must answer the Petition filed by the plaintiffs on or before June 25, 2013, or the allegations contained in said Petition will be taken as true and a decree quieting plaintiffs’ title to the real property described above will be entered.
