NOTICE OF HEARING ON CONFIRMATION OF SALE

Notice is given that on the 22 day of May, 2013 at 1:30 p.m.., at the County Courthouse at 200 S. Lynn Riggs Blvd, Claremore Oklahoma, in Rogers County, Oklahoma, before the Honorable Sheila A. Condren, hearing will be held on the confirmation of the sale of the following described property, to-wit:

The W/2 of NE/4 of SE/4 and the W/2 of NW/4 of SE/4 and the NE/4 of NW/4 of SE/4 and the NE/4 of SW/4 LESS a tract of land more particularly described as follows: Commencing at the Northwest corner of the NW/4 of NE/4 of SW/4, thence S 00˚04’01” E along the West line of said NW/4 of NE/4 of SW/4, a distance of 310.0 feet to the point of beginning, thence continuing S 00˚04’01” E a distance of 300.0 feet, thence North 89˚55’59” E a distance of 290.4 feet, thence N 00˚04’01” W a distance of 300.0 feet, thence South 89˚55’59” W a distance of 290.4 feet to the point of beginning, all in Section 32, Township 24 North, Range 17 East of the I.B.&M., Rogers County, Oklahoma, according to the U.S. Government Survey thereof, and

Together with an easement being the South 15 feet of the N/2 of NW/4 of SW/4 and the North 15 feet of the S/2 of NW/4 of SW/4 and the West 30 feet of the NW/4 of NE/4 of SW/4 LESS the North 610 feet thereof, and the North 15 feet of the West 30 feet of the SW/4 NE/4 SW/4 in Section 32, Township 24 North, Range 17 East of the I.B.&M., Rogers County, Oklahoma, according to the U.S. Government Survey thereof,

which was sold by the Sheriff of Rogers County, Oklahoma on the 23rd day of April, 2013 for the sum of $44,000.00 by credit on judgment to RCB Bank.
