THIS IS AN ATTEMPT TO COLLECT A DEBT AND ANY INFORMATION OBTAINED WILL BE USED FOR THAT PURPOSE.
Notice is hereby given that on the 9 day of July, 2013, at 10:00 o’clock, A.M., Courtroom of the Rogers County Sheriff’s Office at 201 S. Cherokee in Claremore, Oklahoma, the undersigned Sheriff will offer for alias sale and sell for cash to the highest and best bidder, subject to real estate ad valorem taxes, superior special assessments and all interest of record, if any, except the Mortgage and interests foreclosed herein on the following described real property, to-wit:
The Southerly 78.5 feet of Lot Seven (7) in Block Two (2) of the CITY OF CLAREMORE, Rogers County, State of Oklahoma, according to the recorded plat thereof, commonly known as 1108 N. Cherokee Ave., Claremore, OK 74017 (the “Property”)
