A tract of land in the SW/4 of SW/4 of Section 21, Township 19 North, Range 17 East of the I.B.&M., Rogers County, Oklahoma, more particularly described as follows:

Beginning at a point on the West line of the SW/4 of SW/4 of said Section 21, said point being N 01˚ 15’06” E a distance of 990.37 feet from the SW corner of the said SW/4 of SW/4; THENCE S 89˚ 46’40” E a distance of 1313.91 feet to the East line of said SW/4 of SW/4; THENCE S 0˚16’40” W along said East line a distance 396.49 feet; THENCE N 89˚46’01” W a distance of 1313.73 feet to the West line of said Section 21; THENCE N0˚15’06” E a distance of 396.25 feet to the Point of Beginning.
