NOTICE IS GIVEN to Cheryl L. White; Spouse, if any of Cheryl L. White; John Doe, Occupant; Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee from Nationpoint, a division of FFFC, an Op. Sub. Of MLB&T Co., FSB, its successors and assigns; Greenbrier Homeowner’s Association that on January 3, 2013 at 10:00 o’clock, a.m., in the Court Room located at the Sheriff’s Office at 201 S.
