AN ORDINANCE CHANGING THE ZONING OF A PARCEL OF LAND IN BLOCK 121 CLAREMORE ORIGINAL TOWNSITE, CLAREMORE, OKLAHOMA AND BEING A PART OF SECTION 9, TOWNSHIP 21 NORTH, RANGE 16 EAST OF THE I.B.&M., ROGERS COUNTY, STATE OF OKLAHOMA, FROM CS (COMMERCIAL SHOPPING DISTRICT) TO CH (COMMERCIAL HIGH INTENSITY) AND DIRECTING THE APPROPRIATE AMENDMENT TO THE ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF CLAREMORE, OKLAHOMA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CLAREMORE, OKLAHOMA, AS FOLLOWS.
Section 1. Pursuant to the recommendation of the City of Claremore-Rogers County Metropolitan Area Planning Commission, the zoning designation and/or classification of the following described real property located within the City of Claremore, Rogers County, State of Oklahoma, to-wit:
Lot 2 Block 121 of Claremore Original Townsite of Section 9, Township 21 North, Range 16 East, of the Indian Base and Meridian, Rogers County, Oklahoma (507 E. Will Rogers Blvd)
is hereby changed from CS(Commercial Shopping District) to CH (Commercial High Intensity District).
Section 2. The City of Claremore-Rogers County Metropolitan Area Planning Commission is hereby directed to amend the zoning map of the City of Claremore to reflect the above.
