IN THE MATTER OF THE GUARDIANSHIP OF: LINDA D. ANTINORO (aka Doris Linda Antinoro), An Incapacitated person.

Case Number PG-2008-96

AMENDED ORDER FOR HEARING PETITION TO SELL REAL PROPERTY

Mark Antinoro, as general guardian of Linda D. Antinoro, has filed in this Court a Petition for the sale of some or all of the real property of Linda D. Antinoro, an incapacitated person.

IT IS ORDERED, that the Petition be and hereby is set for hearing on the 21 day of October, 2013, at 1:30 o’clock P.M., in Courtroom IV of the Rogers County Courthouse, Claremore, Oklahoma, at which time all persons interested in the above-named estate are required to appear and show cause, if any they have, why an order should not be granted for the sale of so much real property of the estate as is necessary for the reasons stated in the Petition; and,

That a copy of this order be mailed with postage prepaid to all interested parties at their last known address not less than ten (10) days before the hearing of the Petition; and,

It is further ordered that a copy of this order be published in one (1) issue in the newspaper of Rogers County, Oklahoma, and New Castle County, Delaware, not less than ten (10) days before the hearing on the Petition.
