NOTICE BY PUBLICATION

THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA TO:GARY D. SHANKLE and JANE DOE,

New Spouse of GARY D. SHANKLE (if any)

You are hereby notified that you have been sued in the District Court in and for Rogers County, Oklahoma, Case No. CJ-2013-102, wherein BOKF, N.A., a National Banking Association d/b/a Bank of Oklahoma, as Successor in Interest by Merger to Bank of Oklahoma, N.A. is Plaintiff, and you are Defendant and unless you answer the Petition of the Plaintiff filed against you on or before the 28th day of October, 2013, the allegations of said Petition will be taken as true and judgment rendered against you accordingly as prayed for, and any interest you have in said property will be foreclosed, and the Court will be asked to hold that the Plaintiff is the owner of the note and mortgage therein described covering the following described real property situated in Rogers County, Oklahoma, to-wit:

The East 170 feet of the South 220.25 feet of the North 440.50 feet of the Northeast 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 of Section 30, Township 19 North, Range 17 East of the I.B.&M., Rogers County, Oklahoma, according to the U.S. Government Survey thereof.

Further, judgment is asked against the Defendant, Tara C. Shankle and Gary D. Shankle, Wife and Husband, that there is due and owing under said note the sum of $50,920.96, together with interest thereon at the rate of 5.0% per annum from August 1, 2012, until paid, plus $968.66 escrow deficiency; plus a reasonable attorney's fee, plus advances for taxes and insurance during the pendency of this action, and for foreclosure of first mortgage on the above described property herein, Further judgment is asked against Jane Doe new spouse of Gary D. Shankle, cutting off any right, title, claim, lien, or demand she may be making in the above described real property, foreclosing her interest, and quieting title as to her, and all other proper relief.
