NOTICE OF SALE OF REAL PROPERTY
Notice is hereby given that the undersigned Personal Representative of the Estate of Charles Allen Ward and Mattie Ward, deceased, will sell at public auction to the highest bidder, on or before the 15 day of October, 2013, at 9:00 o’clock A.M., all the right, title and interest of Charles Allen Ward and Mattie Ward in and to the following described real property:
Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5, being all in Block 14 and that part of Denbow Street between Block 14 and Block 24 extending East to the City Limits of said City, and all that part of the North Half of Lot 11 and all of Lot 12 lying North of the Easement to the State of Oklahoma, recorded in Book 194, Page 617 of the records in the office of the County Clerk of Rogers County, Oklahoma, in Block 24, all in the City of Catoosa, Oklahoma, according to the U.S. Government Plat thereof.
Bids must be in writing and may be left at 426 S. Cherokee, Catoosa, OK 74015, delivered to the undersigned person, or filed with the court prior to the above date.
The sale shall be subject to confirmation by the District Court of Rogers County, Oklahoma, and the property will be sold on the following terms and conditions: Ten percent (10%) down and the balance in cash upon confirmation of the sale by the Court.
