NOTICE OF SALE

TO: Tom Schoenrock aka Thomas G. Schoenrock, County Treasurer, Rogers County, Oklahoma, Board of County Commissioners, Rogers County, Oklahoma

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to an Order of Sale issued in the above-styled action on the 21st day of October, 2013, wherein the United States of America is Plaintiff and Tom Schoenrock aka Thomas G. Schoenrock, et al., are Defendants, the United States Marshal for the Northern District of Oklahoma has been directed to levy upon and sell with appraisement the following described property:

Lot 4 in Block 35 of the Town of Inola, Rogers County, Oklahoma, according to the U.S. Government Survey thereof.

To satisfy an in rem judgment and decree of foreclosure in favor of the Plaintiff and against Defendant, Tom Schoenrock aka Thomas G. Schoenrock, obtained and made in such Court on the 26th day of March, 2013 for the sum of $123,544.40, plus administrative charges in the amount of $13,718.03, plus accrued interest in the amount of $15,989.60 as of September 26, 2012, plus interest accruing thereafter at the rate of 4 percent per annum or $13.54 per day until judgment, plus interest thereafter at the current legal rate of .14 percent per annum until fully paid, and the further sum due and owing under the interest subsidy credit in the amount of $585.81, plus interest on that sum at the legal rate from judgment until paid, plus the costs of this action in the amount of $15.00 (fee for recording Notice of Lis Pendens), plus any additional sums advanced or to be advanced or expended during this foreclosure action by Plaintiff for taxes, insurance, abstracting, or sums for the preservation of the subject property, plus any other advances.
