ORDER FOR HEARING PETITION TO SELL REAL PROPERTY

Helen Harrell, as Personal Representative of the above Estate, has filed in this Court a Petition for the sale of some or all of the real property of Charles Allen Ward a/k/a C. A. Ward a/k/a Allen, Deceased.

IT IS ORDERED, that the Petition be and hereby is set for hearing on the 23rd day of September, 2013, at 9:00 o’clock A.M., at which time the heirs and all persons interested in the above-named Estate are required to appear and show cause, if any they have, why an order should not be granted for the sale of so much real property of said Estate as is necessary for the reason stated in the Petition; and

That a copy of this order be mailed with postage prepaid to all heirs, devisees and legatees at their last known address, not less than ten (10) days before the hearing of the Petition; and

It is further ordered that a copy of this order be published in one (1) issue in the newspaper of Rogers County, Oklahoma, not less than ten (10) days before the hearing on the Petition.
