THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA TO: Unknown successors of Richard S. Simpson, Deceased,

TAKE NOTICE that you have been sued by BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., and that you must answer the Petition of said Plaintiff on file in said cause on or before the 10th day of June, 2013, or the allegations of said Petition will be taken as true and judgment rendered, foreclosing any interest you may have in the following described real estate (property) situated in Rogers County, Oklahoma, to-wit:

A tract of land in Government Lot 2 of Section 30, Township 20 North, Range 16 East of the I.B.&M., Rogers County, Oklahoma, according to the U.S. Government Survey thereof, further described as follows: Starting at the Southwest corner of said Government Lot 2, thence North along the West line of said Lot 2, a distance of 548.15 feet, thence East 556.05 feet, thence North 207.67 feet, thence S. 84 degrees 23’ E. 306.67 feet, thence South 240.60 feet to the point of beginning, thence S. 72 degrees 30’30” W. 143.08 feet, thence S. 03 degrees 46’30” W. 440.08 feet to a point on the South line of said Lot 2, thence S. 89 degrees 56’08” E. along said South line 91.22 feet, to a point of curve to the left with radius of 298.32 feet, thence along said curve 75.04 feet; thence North 477.07 feet to the point of beginning,
