NOTICE IS GIVEN to William T. Goswick; Spouse, if any of William T. Goswick; Linda Lee Goswick; Spouse, if any of Linda Lee Goswick; John Doe, Occupant; SRI; Locke Supply Company that on September 12, 2013, at 10:00 o’clock, a.m., in the Court Room located at the Sheriff’s Office at 201 S. Cherokee of the County Courthouse in Claremore, Rogers County, Oklahoma, the Sheriff of said County will offer for sale and sell for cash at public auction to the highest and best bidder, with appraisement, all that certain real estate in Rogers County, Oklahoma, to wit:

Goswick is/are Defendant(s) to satisfy said judgment in the sum of $125,487.31 together with interest at 6.75% per annum or at the current adjustable rate from July 1, 2011, including late charges, $1,800.00 for attorney’s fee, $790.00 advances for title search, taxes, insurance, property preservation and all costs of this action accrued and accruing.
