JANE DOE, SPOUSE OF RUSSELL L. HILL, IF MARRIED; LADONNA J. HILL; JOHN DOE, SPOUSE OF LADONNA J. HILL, IF MARRIED; IF LIVING, AND IF DECEASED, THEIR HEIRS, PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVES DEVISEES, TRUSTEES, SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS AND THE UNKNOWN SUCCESSORS

GREETINGS:

You are hereby notified that you have been sued by Plaintiff in the above cause in the District Court of Rogers County, Oklahoma, entitled Bank of America, N.A., Plaintiff v. Russell L. Hill and Ladonna J. Hill et al., Defendants, and that you must answer the Petition of said Plaintiff on or before the 2nd day of June, 2014, or the allegations of said Petition will be taken as true and a judgment will be entered for the sums due under the Note and Mortgage which are the subject of said suit in the amount of $179,622.13 with interest, attorney fees and all costs and a Decree ordering foreclosure of said Mortgage, barring your interest in the following described real property:

The West 208.71 feet of the East 808.71 feet of the South 208.71 of the North 293.71 feet of the S/2 of the N/2 of the NE/4 of the SE/4 of Section 25, Township 23 North, Range 14 East of the I.B.&M., Rogers County, State of Oklahoma, according to the U.S. Government Survey thereof, Together with a Road and Utility Easement on, over and across the East 600 feet of the South 35 feet of the North 189 feet of the S/2 of the N/2 of the NE/4 of the SE/4 of Section 25, Township 23 North, Range 14 East of the I.B.&M., Rogers County, State of Oklahoma, according to the U.S. Government Survey thereof, commonly known as 11850 South 4070 Road A, Oologah, OK 74053 (the “Property”)
