PUBLISHED IN THE CLAREMORE DAILY PROGRESS, CLAREMORE, OKLAHOMA, APRIL 11 & 18, 2014.

Notice of Public Sale

Storemore Self Storage 3015 N. Hwy 167 in Catoosa, OK, will hold public auction to satisfy delinquent storage accounts/owner’s lien.  All units contain Miscellaneous Household Items. Sale to be held: Saturday April 26, 2014, 10:00 a.m.  WEATHER PERMITTING.

Terms: Live auction.  NO EARLY PREVIEW.  Absolute sale to the highest bidder.  No reserve.  CASH OR CREDIT CARD ONLY! Buyers will have two business days (according to gate hours) to clean out entire contents of unit or rent unit for the month.  No trash or debris will be left in units or on facility! Buyers may place a lock on the storage for temporary use.  Personal Effects and legal paperwork found in units must be turned over to office managers.  Please contact office manager between 10 a.m. – 2 p.m.  M-F with questions, 918-266-1970 Storemore Self Storage is located 2.25 miles N of 1-44, on 193rd E. Ave/North Hwy 167, on the East side of the road.
