NOTICE OF SHERIFF’S SALE

D.C. No. CJ-2012-608

Notice is hereby given that in pursuance of an execution and order of sale issued out of the District Court of Rogers County, Oklahoma, on the 13th day of March, 2013, in an action wherein BOKF, N.A., successor in interest by merger to Bank of Oklahoma, N.A., was Plaintiff and Donna G. Reider, a single person, et al., were Defendants, directed to the Sheriff of Rogers County, Oklahoma, commanding that he levy upon and sell with appraisement the following described property in Rogers County, Oklahoma, as described on the attached

Lot Twenty-two (22) of COUNTRY LANES II, a Subdivision in Section 6, Township 22 North, Range 15 East of the Indian Base and Meridian, Rogers County, Oklahoma, according to the recorded plat thereof.

Which specifically includes a 1999 Fleetwood Carriage Hill 4403V mobile home Serial No. RAD 1179459 RAD Serial No. XFLX12AB83093CG12

to satisfy a judgment and decree of mortgage foreclosure in favor of said Plaintiff and against Donna G. Reider, a single person, et al.,  obtained and made in said Court on the 13th day of March, 2013, on its cause of action wherein court found there was due $51,978.72, together with interest thereon until paid at the rate of 7.375% per annum from May 1, 2012, plus late charges, plus costs accrued and accruing costs and attorneys’ fees of $2,500.00, plus $390.00 abstract expense, and plus $455.59 escrow deficiency; and plus title examination fee; he will on the 23rd  day of April, 2013, at the hour of 10:00 a.m. of said day in the Sheriff’s Office Courtroom, 201 South Cherokee, Claremore, Rogers County, Oklahoma, offer for sale and sell to the highest bidder for cash, the said property above described, or as much thereof as will satisfy said judgment with interest, costs and attorneys’ fees, said sale to be subject to taxes on said property, if any; the total appraised value of said property being the sum of $50,000.00.

The name of any person or unknown successor of any person whose actual address is unknown who has an interest in said property is: Donna G. Reider, a single person; Housing Authority of the Cherokee Nation – 2.
