NOTICE OF LAND SALE
On April 9, 2014 until 3:00 p.m. (CDT), the Oklahoma Turnpike Authority will receive
sealed bids for the sale of real property owned by the Oklahoma Turnpike Authority. The
property to be sold is described as:
Closed Section of Will Rogers Turnpike - Catoosa
Parcels 1, 2, 3 & 4
A tract of land containing 99.524 acres, situated in Section 29, Township 20 North, Range 15 East (Parcel 1), the NW/4 of Section 32, Township 20 North, Range 15 East (Parcel 2), the NE/4 of Section 31, Township 20 North, Range 15 East (Parcel 3) and the East Half (E/2) of Section 31, Township 20 North, Range 15 East (Parcel 4), all in Rogers County, Oklahoma, being more particularly described as follows:

No right of access to the turnpike facility, including off ramps, is granted.
The amount of the minimum bid that will be accepted by the Oklahoma Turnpike Authority is $1,004,500.00. Sale of the property will be to the highest bidder whose bid is equal to or in excess of minimum bid amount. A $250.00 administrative fee, the cost of the appraisal and the actual advertising cost will be paid in addition to the successful proposers bid. The Oklahoma Turnpike Authority reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
Bidders shall be responsible for reading and understanding the terms of the sale, including
without limitations, conditions of the property being sold with respect to encroachments,
easements and other limitations. The complete bid packet may be obtained from The Pinnacle Group at the address last listed below.
Terms of the sale are ten percent (10%) of the bid price in certified funds in the form of a bid deposit made payable to the Oklahoma Turnpike Authority. Within ten (10) calendar days of notification to the successful bidder, the balance of the bid and all administrative fees will be due in certified funds made payable to the Oklahoma Turnpike Authority and upon delivery a Quit Claim Deed will be executed by the Oklahoma Turnpike Authority.
Sealed bids may be hand delivered on or before the date and time stated above to the Oklahoma Turnpike Authority at the following address: 3500 Martin Luther King Avenue, Oklahoma City, OK. Sealed bids may be mailed but must be received before the date and time stated above to the Oklahoma Turnpike Authority, P. O. Box 11357, Oklahoma City, OK 73136. Bids received after the stated day and time of the bid opening will be returned to sender unopened. The Oklahoma Turnpike Authority is not responsible for delays resulting in delivery of any bids.
No facsimile or electronically transmitted bids will be accepted. All sealed bids shall be written on the OFFICIAL BID FORM with out deviation and the bidder is responsible for writing NOTICE OF LAND SALE - BID OPENING ON April 9, 2014 on the outside of the transmittal envelope. The bid opening will be at 3:00 pm on April 9, 2014 with the approval of the successful bid scheduled on April 16 , 2014.
