THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA TO: CYNTHIA A. AUSTIN, WHETHER LIVING OR DEAD, AND IF DEAD, HER UNKNOWN SUCCESSORS, IF ANY; RICHARD ROE, SPOUSE, IF ANY, OF CYNTHIA A. AUSTIN, WHETHER LIVING OR DEAD, AND IF DEAD, HIS UNKNOWN SUCCESSORS, IF ANY
TAKE NOTICE that you have been sued by MOREQUITY, INC., and that you must answer the Petition of said Plaintiff on file in said cause on or before May 23, 2014, or the allegations of said Petition will be taken as true and judgment rendered against you, awarding the Plaintiff a first mortgage lien upon the following described real estate situate in Rogers County, Oklahoma, to-wit:
LOT 13 IN BLOCK 3 OF PRESTON LAKES, AN ADDITION TO THE CITY OF OWASSO, ROGERS COUNTY, OKLAHOMA, ACCORDING TO THE RECORDED PLAT THEREOF;
for the sum of $7,740.98, with interest, and the further sum of a reasonable amount, for abstracting expense, with interest thereon until paid; title search and examination expense of $300.00 with interest per annum thereon, until paid; and the further sum of a reasonable attorney’s fee, and the cost of said suit and foreclosing said mortgage lien and your interest in the subject property and ordering said property sold with or without appraisement as plaintiff shall elect at the time judgment is rendered, all of which you will take due notice.
