ALIAS NOTICE OF SHERIFF’S SALE

District Court No. CJ-2013-31

Property Address: 14539 East 99th St. N., Owasso, OK 74055

Notice is hereby given that in pursuance of an alias execution and order of sale issued out of the District Court of Rogers County, Oklahoma, on the 14 day of November, 2013, in an action wherein Mortgage Clearing Corporation was Plaintiff and Caryl A. VanBerschot; John Doe, spouse of Caryl A. VanBerschot, if any; Barton D. VanBerschot; Chad A. VanBerschot; Occupants of the Premises of 14539 East 99th Street North, Owasso, OK 74055 were Defendants, directed to the Sheriff of Rogers County, Oklahoma, commanding that he levy upon and sell with appraisement the following described property in Rogers County, Oklahoma, to-wit:

Lot Five (5) in Block One (1) of SHERRI-LAVERNE ESTATES, a Subdivision in Section Fifteen (15), Township Twenty-one (21) North, Range Fourteen (14) East of the I.B.&M., Rogers County, State of Oklahoma, according to the recorded plat thereof.

to satisfy a judgment and decree of mortgage foreclosure in favor of said Plaintiff and Caryl A. VanBerschot, Barton D. VanBerschot and Chad A. VanBerschot, obtained and made in said Court  on the 17th day of September, 2013, on its cause of action wherein the court found that there was due the amount of, as of June 27, 2013, the principal amount of $157,523.28,  interest from the 1st day of September 2012, at the rate of 5.000 per cent per annum, late charges in the amount of $362.16, escrow shortage of $13.31, abstracting and any other advancements made by Plaintiff for protection and preservation of the property in the amount of $1792.00, attorneys fees in the amount of $2500.00, and the costs, all accrued and accruing herein, he will on the 9 day of January, 2014, at the hour of 10:00 a.m. of said day at the Rogers County Sheriff’s Office Lobby, 201 South Cherokee, Claremore, Oklahoma, offer for sale and sell to the highest bidder for cash, the said property above described, or as much thereof as will satisfy said judgment with interest, costs and attorneys’ fees, said sale to be subject to taxes on said property, if any; the total appraised value of said property being the sum of $150,000.00.

The name of any person or unknown successor of any person whose actual address is unknown who has an interest in said property is: Caryl A. VanBerschot, Barton D. VanBerschot and Chad A. VanBerschot.
