NOTICE OF SHERIFF’S SALE
NOTICE is given that on the 14 day of January, 2014, at 10:00 o’clock A.M., at the Main Lobby of the Sheriff’s Office, Claremore, Rogers County, Oklahoma, the undersigned Sheriff of said County will offer for sale and sell for cash at the time of sale, at public auction to the highest best bidder, with appraisement, all that certain real estate in Rogers County, Oklahoma, to-wit:
The East 95 feet of the West 194 feet of the South 235 feet of the North 407 feet of the SE/4 of SE/4 of SE/4 of Section 10, Township 21 North, Range 16 East of the Indian Base and Meridian, Rogers County, Oklahoma, according to the U.S. Government Survey thereof; aka 13896 East Anderson Way, Unit C, Claremore, OK 74017;
A 15 foot access easement over and across a part of the SE/4 of SE/4 of SE/4 of Section 10, Township 21 North, Range 16 East of the Indian Base and Meridian, Rogers County, Oklahoma, the centerline of said 15 foot easement is described as follows: Beginning at a point 32 feet South and 196.5 feet East of the Northwest corner of said SE/4 of SE/4 of SE/4; thence Southwesterly 140.2 feet, more or less, to a point 172 feet South and 186.5 feet East of the Northwest corner of said SE/4 of SE/4 of SE/4, said point being the point of termination.

Sale will be made pursuant to an Order of Sale issued upon judgment entered in the District Court of Rogers County, Oklahoma, in Case No. CJ-2013-416, wherein Tulsa Teachers Credit Union nka TTCU- The Credit Union is Plaintiff and Thomas L. Vest and Kathy L. Vest, husband and wife, and Claremore Regional Hospital, LLC, are Defendants to satisfy said judgment of the Plaintiff and the liens of the Defendants as follows:
Judgment in rem against the Defendants, Thomas L. Vest and Kathy L. Vest, husband and wife, on the first note and mortgage in the sum of $78,743.31, with interest thereon at the rate of 6.875% per annum from the 1st day of April, 2013, until paid; and on the second note and mortgage in the sum of $15,985.76, with interest thereon at the rate of 7.5% per annum from the 1st day of April, 2013, until paid; abstracting expenses of $440.00; a reasonable attorney’s fee in the sum of $1,500.00; and for all costs of this action accrued and accruing
