NOTICE FOR HEARING PETITIONF OR PROBATE OF WILL DETERMINATION OF IDENTITY OF HEIRS, DEVISEES AND LEGATEES

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to all persons interested in the Estate of PENELOPE FRANCIS CORRIVEAU, Deceased, that there has been produced and filed in the District Court of the County of Rogers, State of Oklahoma, an instrument in writing, purporting to be the Last Will and Testament of PENELOPE FRANCIS CORRIVEAU, Deceased, with a Petition praying for the probate of said Will, and that LETTERS TESTAMENTARY, be issued to ROBERT KEVIN MISENHIMER and that the identities of the heirs, legatees and devisees be determined.

Notice is also given that the 12th day of November, 2013, at the hour of 9:30 o’clock a.m., has been appointed as the time for hearing said Petition and proving said Will, before the Judge of the District Court, Probate Division, Room III, in the County Courthouse in Claremore, in said County and State, when and where all persons interested in said estate may appear and contest the same.
