TAKE NOTICE that you have been sued by Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., and that you must answer the Petition of said Plaintiff on file in said cause on or before October 6, 2013, or the allegations of said Petition will be taken as true and judgment rendered, foreclosing any interest you may have in the following-described real estate (property) situated in Rogers County, Oklahoma, to-wit:

Lot 14 in Block 166 of Doss Briggs Subdivision of Block 166 to the City of Claremore, Rogers County, State of Oklahoma, according to the recorded plat thereof,
