NOTICE OF SHERIFF’S SALE
Notice is given that on the 17 day of January, 2013, at 10:00 am, in the Court Room at the Sheriff’s office at 201 S. Cherokee, in the City of Claremore, Rogers County, Oklahoma, the Sheriff of said County will offer for sale and sell, with appraisement, for cash, at public auction, to the highest and best bidder, all that certain real estate in Rogers County, Oklahoma, to-wit:
A tract of land being a part of the NE1/4 of SW1/4 of SW1/4 of Section 5, Township 21 North, Range 16 East of the I.B.&M., Rogers County, Oklahoma. Said Tract being further described as follows: Beginning at the Southwest corner of said NE1/4 of SW1/4 of SW1/4, thence North on the West Boundary Line of Said NE1/4, of SW1/4, of SW1/4 for a distance of 132.00 feet, thence S 89˚47’20” E for a distance of 165.00 feet, thence S 08˚17’44” E for a distance of 133.47 feet to a point on the South Boundary Line of said NE1/4 of SW1/4 of SW1/4 thence West on said Boundary Line for a distance of 185.00 feet to the true point of beginning, containing 0.530 acres more or less. LESS and EXCEPT the West 75 feet thereof;
subject to unpaid taxes, advancements by Plaintiff for taxes, insurance premiums, and expenses necessary for the preservation of the subject property, if any, said property having been duly appraised at $107,000.00. Sale will be made pursuant to a Special Execution And Order Of Sale issued in accordance with judgment entered in the District Court of Rogers County, Oklahoma, in Case No. CJ-2012-306, entitled Bank of America, N.A., Plaintiff, vs. Heather R. Hodges, being all of the Defendants and persons holding or claiming any interest or lien in the subject property.
