THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA, TO: Carroll Luedtke, if living or if dead, the names or whereabouts of said Defendant(s)’ unknown successors, if any.

TAKE NOTICE that you have been sued by U.S. Bank, National Association, as Trustee under the Pooling and Servicing Agreement dated as of January 1, 2007, GSAMP Trust 2007-H1, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2007-H1, in the District Court of Rogers County, State of Oklahoma, and that you must answer the Petition on or before April 11, 2013, or the allegations of said Petition will be taken as true and judgment rendered against you awarding Plaintiff a first lien upon the following described real estate, situated in Rogers County, State of Oklahoma, to-wit:

THE SOUTHWEST QUARTER OF THE SOUTHWEST QUARTER OF THE SOUTHWEST QUARTER OF THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER (SW/4 SW/4 SW/4 SE/4) OF SECTION ONE (1), TOWNSHIP TWENTY-TWO (22) NORTH, RANGE FOURTEEN (14) EAST OF THE INDIAN BASE AND MERIDIAN, ROGERS COUNTY, STATE OF OKLAHOMA, ACCORDING TO THE UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT SURVEY THEREOF.

PROPERTY ADDRESS: 3501 E. 420 Road, Oologah, OK 74053

for the sum of $96,420.94, with interest from October 1, 2010, at 5.58 percent per annum, or at the current adjustable rate, together with a reasonable attorney’s fee, $615.00 for abstracting, advances for taxes, insurance and property preservation, and the costs of this action, and ordering said property sold to satisfy said judgment, and forever barring you and all persons claiming by, through or under you from ever setting up or asserting any right, title, equity or interest in and to said real estate adverse to the right and title of the purchaser at said foreclosure sale, and for such other and further relief to which it may be entitled.
