Cogburn wins Santa Cash CLAREMORE DAILY PROGRESS December 21, 2008 — Peggy Cogburn (left) gets her Santa Cash ticket verified by officials Saturday morning at Will Rogers Cherokee Casino. Cogburn of Claremore was walking along the horse track when her ticket No. 800330 was drawn making her the winner of $5,000. The ticket was purchased at Warehouse Market. More than 100,000 tickets were issued as part of the Claremore Chamber of Commerce event. Judy Helmick of Claremore was the winner of the $2,500 ticket, also purchased from Warehouse Market.
