Stigler man dies in Rogers County weekend auto fatality

CLAREMORE — A Stigler man not wearing his seatbelt was killed Sunday morning when his vehicle went off a Rogers County road.

According to OHP reports, Johsua Carry, 26, of Stilger was driving his 2003 GMC Envoy eastbound “at a high rate of speed” on SH20 in Rogers County shortly before 9 a.m. Sunday, Nov. 4.

For unknown reasons, Carry departed the roadway to the right, and his vehicle rolled three times, causing him to be ejected out the rear window, reports indicate.

He was pronounced dead at the scene from massive injuries.

Carry was not wearing his seatbelt at the time of the incident, according to reports.
